How to Earn Sparks

Earn Sparks by completing various activities on Readfolio. From the moment you register to when you finish reading, rate, or review a book, each interaction brings you closer to unlocking rewards. Here are some ways to earn Sparks:

  • Finish Reading: Mark a book as read.
  • Rate & Review: Give a rating or share your thoughts by reviewing a book.
  • Complete Challenges: Finish yearly or global reading challenges.
  • Add to Wishlist: Earn even more by adding a book to your wishlist.
  • Log into Readfolio: Get Sparks everyday by logging into Readfolio.

Each event has a maximum earning limit per day, ensuring balanced and rewarding engagement. Keep track of your progress and stay motivated to read even more!

Sparks can also be earned via redeemable codes. Codes are occasionally given on our social media platforms.

Redeem Your Sparks

Your earned Sparks can be redeemed in the Spark Shop. Use Sparks to customize your portfolio with exclusive items like:

  • Portrait Frames: Choose a unique frame to make your profile stand out.
  • Backgrounds: Personalize your reading portfolio's backdrop.
  • Themes: For those who prefer a specific color palette for their portfolio.

Unlocking these rewards is a great way to personalize your reading experience.

Track Your Sparks

In the My Sparks section, you'll have full visibility into your Spark balance, including your total Sparks and a detailed history of earning and spending. You'll also find a Daily Sparks Limit tracker, showing how many Sparks you've earned for each activity that day and what's still available.

Important Notes

  • Sparks Do Not Expire: Your Sparks will remain in your account indefinitely, allowing you to save them up and use them whenever you want.
  • No Negative Balance: Sparks cannot go into a negative balance. You can only redeem Sparks you've earned.
  • Redeemed Sparks Are Non-Refundable: Once Sparks are redeemed, they cannot be refunded, so choose your rewards wisely.
